MEETING MINUTES
MOCC hold a meeting on the second Thursday of each month, with the exception of July, at Milnathort Town Hall.
Our local PKC Councillors attend and provide updates.
The MOCC welcome all to attend monthly meetings where members of the community are encouraged to raise any areas of concern or of interest regarding our community.

PLANNING MATTERS
A Community Council is a statutory consultee on any planning application that falls within their area. As such MOCC is invited to submit a representation on behalf of the community setting out the comments for and / or against proposed developments in the area. The MOCC has the option to submit a representation that is for, against or neutral regarding proposed developments in the area.
If fewer than six objections (members of the public or statutory consultees) to a planning application, it will be decided by local authority officials; more than this and the application will be decided by the PKC Planning Committee, made up of local Councillors from across Perth and Kinross. Currently Kinross-shire's local Councillors Dave Cuthbert and Richard Watters sit on the PKC Planning Committee.
